I just wanted to get a few things off my chest.
If you send a note saying you want to join, yes you are in the club, I don't reject anyone (Unless I know for a fact you a complete asshole and just want to be a dick, no one so far has fallen into this category). For the most part once I get your note I will respond letting you know, yes you are in fact allowed to join the club.

A few people get discouraged if their icon is not on the members list, I do not update the members list immediately after you join, I like to update it after I have at least 2 or 3 members to add. If you notice that your icon still does not appear on the list after what seems to be a long while, drop me a note on my LEVINAINDIGO account and I will add it when I receive the note, I cannot stress enough that I do not log into this account regularly.

If you have received a note from me saying that you are in the club, and you want to submit art, but do not have your icon up in the members journal, send the art anyway. It just means I haven't gotten around to putting your icon up on the members page, if you are worried about it, along with links to your art politely add that I have been remiss in adding your icon to the list.
